PHOTOGRAPHY FEE AGREED ON: CAD$ 9000.00 + hst. total CAD$ 9153.00
DEPOSIT of 30% CAD$ 2745.90 is due at the signing of this agreement, CAD$ 1830.60 due April 08, 2022 the BALANCE CAD$ 4576.50 to be paid on the date of the wedding.



Balance does not include the additional time that may be requested after the signing of this contract. The client accepts the responsibility to pay for any additional time at the rate of $300 per hour/per team member.

This Agreement is subject to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

Services Performed by Photographer:

The clients will consult the photographer prior to the event with any requests with regard to desired images, go over the timeline for the event.

On the day of the event, the photographer will arrive at the scheduled starting time, provide photography services throughout the event and conclude services at the agreed on time, unless the client and photographer agree to extend services at the rate of $300/hr/team member. (Extra hours not planned for before the wedding date will be charged at the 15th minute of every hour whether the photographer is needed for the whole hour or not.)

The photographer will review all images from the event and edit those that are in keeping with the highest quality and style of the photographer’s work. The photographer reserves the right to withhold any images, not in keeping with his standards. If client desires to get all raw footage from the wedding there will be extra fee of $600, all footage will be provided to a client on HDD.

Your wedding fee includes digital files at full resolution and reprint/personal posting permission.
Photographer will have photos ready in 1 month after the wedding and videos ready in 1-3 months after the music for such videos was submitted. The client has a right to make a list of changes for edited videos (first re-edit is free, after – $299 for short and 399$ for long video). Turnaround for re-edit – first come first serve. If the client is eligible for wedding albums, the turnover is 3 months after photos for such albums are submitted by the client, and the template is confirmed. The client has a right to make a list of changes in a template (first re-edit is free, after – $250 per hour on a first come first serve basis).

Terms and Conditions:

Exclusive Photographer. TaraWeddings photographer(s) shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer. The client is responsible to provide a vendor table for the TaraWeddings team during the reception.

Retainer (Deposit) and Payment. The Client shall make a non-refundable retainer(deposit) to book the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. This retainer (deposit) is nonrefundable under any circumstances including force-majeure. In case of the package change the total outstanding balance on the wedding date remains the same and unused items are transferred to store credit for any photo/video services without an expiration date. In case of inability to perform services because of the COVID restrictions deposit is transferred to store credit for any photo/video services without an expiration date. At such time as this order is completed, the retainer(deposit) shall be applied to reduce the total cost and the Client shall pay the balance due. If the Client refuses delivery of the order or refuses to pay by the official event date of this order, Client shall be in default hereunder and shall pay 12% percent interest on the unpaid balance until payment is made in full.

Cancellation. If the Client shall cancel the wedding date, the retainer will not be refunded.

Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital media storage devices, photographic files, negatives, and transparencies, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall provide an online gallery containing digital photograph files available to the Client.


Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions, except where permission is granted to Client to make reprints from the online gallery. The client has permission from Photographer(s) to reproduce these images in what sizes they desire with what lab they choose. The Photographer can make reproductions for but not only the following: the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, an entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio. The Photographer has the right to sell wedding images at photo banks, stocks. No written permission besides this contract will be needed for sales, reproduction or any other use.

Client’s Usage. The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. In particular, the Client may not share unwatermarked images from your session or event with other vendors; vendors desiring images should consult the photographer for copies of images made at your event. The client may not in any form of re-edit images or crop them.

Photographer. The Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of the Photographer’s illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution, TaraWeddings warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.

Photographer’s Standard Price List. 
The charges in this Agreement are based on TaraWeddings’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. The client will also be expected to pay $1 per kilometer for travel distances over 50 kilometers from the CN Tower. For out of town jobs (over 50 kilometers from the CN Tower), the client will pay $300 per one out-of-town location as well as the mileage mentioned above. In case of destination wedding coverage outside of the Greater Toronto Area, the client is responsible for the Photographer’s travel, insurance, meal, and accommodation for the length of stay, and at the same resort/hotel/location where the wedding takes place. The client is responsible to pay all parking expenses.

Liability. The photographer will not be held responsible for any damage done to clients or any wedding participants. If someone gets hurt because of the photographer in any way, (example: posing), the photographer will not be expected to take responsibility in court. The photographer is also not responsible for any damages done during the wedding to all but not limited to the following: vehicles, decoration, or venue.
